ok i finished up my swap the other day...
simple one...
b18 obd1 swap into obd1 delsol no CEL's...
it takes alot more cranks to start this thing then normal...my teg starts right up with the click of the key...
it runs and pulls good so i don'think its blown or skipped time
it has the stock fuel pump and i'll swap out the fuel filter in a day or so...
car started right up when i had the sohc in it..
i need some answers or possibilities on what you guys think it could be..
fuel pump i know needs to be bigger so i'll attend to that sooner then later
cap and rotor?
i dono i'm lost...i put new plugs in...but no dice....

Higher displacement motors take more to turn over, but that probably isn't the case here.
Do a compression test, if your motor sucks at building compression that will make it take more to crank.
Check to see if its a hot/cold issue.

hmm its more random...
i was thinkin it had to do with the amount of fuel i had in the gas tank b/c today i filled up and it ran alot better...
motor still does it when its warm and when its cold too...i think...
it'll suck if this thing has low compression..
