this is not a honda, but a buddys 99 2.5L ford contour. the battery test shows 11.93v, the battery is a month old, it had a new fuel pump put in last year, i dont hear the fuel pump kick-on with the ignition, i jumped the fuel pump relay & the pump turns on. could i have a collapsed cell in my battery?? or something else??
