Default EG coilovers

so i decided its time to buy some coilovers for my civic. its a 95 dx coupe and i'm looking for about a 2 inch drop. i'll be riding on integra LS mesh wheels for now. i'm not looking to spend as much as tein unless its really worth it but i want something better than ground control or skunk 2. any suggestions?

Remember that you get what you pay for. I have always been a believer that if you buy the right part the first time you wont have to buy it again. Dont buy some so-so coilovers to only be not as happy as you would like and have to spring for a nicer set. I would recommend the Tein Basic for a nice streetable fully ride height adjustable set-up or something from PIC. Save your money and do it right, you wont be disappointed.

How do you figure that a spring on a sleeve is better than a true coilover?
