Default Slow turn over

What can be the cause of a slow turn over when starting the car, i've changed spark plugs, spark plug wires rotor and rotor caps. I have a jdm h222a with my h23 tranny and starter on there with about 140,00 miles

unscrew the brass screw on the throttle body (for more rpm) at idle

don't know what changing the idle will do to help slow turn over?

how about your starter? maybe it's going...

Check your battery/cables. Check the bat voltage when cranking.

your battery should sit around 12-14.5 VDC. Do you have a multimeter? use dc setting across battery with car running. If not around there at ilde than it could be battery or alternator. If its maintaining voltage around there then its in your starter probably (you replaced everything else that could be wrong)

you replaced your alternator already didn't you?

well what voltage are you getting?

normally in my experience, and reading around on here, a normal, charged battery is putting out about 12.8-13.5V. thats almost always what my batteries put out. charge voltage, when the car is running, is usually about 13.8-14.1V.

if you have a big voltage drop, below 12V, when you are starting, i'd say get a new battery.

Okay I put the multimeter on the battery before I started it was like 12.6..... & when started it went above 14v & stayed above at like 14.1 So if my battery is good what can I check next the starter? How do I test it?
