Default turbo questions

I am going turbo Monday and need some help.

Stupid question #1
For the duration of the break in period (1000 miles or so) regular oil was to be used. Now, is this no matter what or just if you change the pistons, and rpm/boost should be kept low (this one I know).

Stupid question #2
When dyno tuning (obviously right after the install), won't the tuner have to rev the car up to make sure it's getting enough fuel at whatever boost they are setting it for? This means full boost and revving high (I am setting the rev limit for 8000). Doesn't this go against the break in period ritual? More importantly, how much does this hurt the new turbo/engine?

Thanks.
