Black soot from running rich on rear bumper
How do i get this stuff off, it seems to be embedded into my paint or clear.
Some will wipe off while the other stuff wont budge.
Anyone have these issues before, if so how do you get it off

Sounds like the top suface of the clear is stained, I bet it bakes right in the clear. Have you tried any aggressive buffing compound? If all else fails you could try a light wetsand and buff, polish.

I use Acetone you can buy it at homedepot it works great takes of rubber from my slics on the fenders and all the black soot from my exhaust.
