ls vtec fuel problem

ls vtec fuel problem
we just put an lsvtec in my cousins 91 si . in the process of tuning it , it started to spudder and then shut off we checked the fuel system and there was no fuel pressure, so we changed the pump and filter and now the fuel pump is powerin on but no pressure and the main relay just keeps clickin .. this left us all including are tuner puzzled

clicking? as in clicking when the CEL goes off? otherwise your solder joints could be bad in the main relay. common and easy fix if your lucky to have that be your problem.

check the blue wire wire going into the computer i cant remember whats the pin number but after my swap i had the same problem had power to pump but no pressure and the relay had a clicking buzzing sound. turned out that somehow that wire was pulled out. idk how cuz i never removed the computer but it was out
