MY NEW K20 BUILD
I haven't posted anything of my new build on here so I thought I would go ahead since I'm sitting around bored.
The car is a 93' dx. When I started the car my main goal was to get the car featured in a magazine and make it a street/strip car. I wanted to do a full wire tuck/shave on the e-bay and put as many new panels on the car as possible since the previous owner beat the hell out of it. Well, heres some amatuer pics that I took while I am working on it so let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
before I started working on the car

some shots of the nasty e-bay

heres where i smoothed out the seam sealer lines

heres after everything was smoothed/welded/primered...brake lines are still here in these pics but i eventually ended up tucking these and the prop valve too

Now for the outside...I put new oem honda 1/4 panels on along with jdm fenders and doors that only had a few small dings to work with instead of the old rusted out ones. also getting new front end and oem honda rear bumper
old rust

roll bars getting welded in... they will be color matched with the rest of the car

heres before the brake line shave and after

a couple k parts needed put on

reloacated the new deka battery

a couple shots right before going to get primered up.

here's after she's all under protection

Me and my fiance drove to michigan to pick up the 03' type s swap with 37,xxx miles on it. got it back and started ripping everything down to start powdercaoting everything and putting new parts on. Also finished up the e-bay and got some fresh paint put on it before we dropped the swap in.

new rbc (06' si) intake manifold

now for paint/acc.

roll bars painted and most the interior put back together...i'm still waiting on new seats to come in

here's where i found the easiest place to wire and get to the fuse box

I ground all the rust off and wire wheeled it. put a rust protector on it after making new patches for the inner piece. worked out really nice too.
