Hi. I have a 99 Civic LX. The motor for my wiper blades died and I need to replace it but I'm not sure how to take it off. Is it hard to take the motor out? Anyone has a how to guide on how to replace the motor for windshield wiper blades?

The wiper blades themself unclip out with little difficulty, if thats what your asking.

 

No..I need help replacing the "motor" for the windshield wipers.

super easy... first remove the wipers itself ... take off the plastic piece that is between ur windsheidl and hood... under that is the motor itself.. unhook the plugs that go to it and remove if you need pictures let me know but seriously if my directions weren't good enough dont even attempt

 

I'm getting 6 results on HT search which don't have anything to do with replacing the wiper motor

 

pictures on how to remove it would be great..I don't want to screw up the seal or the cowl cover(plastic cover) by removing it improperly.
