i used the satin/flat black on my accords dash door panels and rear interior panels. its holding up GREAT. make sure u clean it off w/ wax and grease remover and make sure u dont leave any wax and grease remover behind b/c the dye wont bond to the vinyl. nice steady light coats and you should be good. use it on the carpet too. vaccum the carpet VERY well before hand

How long has it been on there?

If you're going to paint your interior do it the right way.
1. Remove everything
2. Clean with grease remover
3. Scuff with a 3m scotchbrite pad (the red ones)
4. Adhesion promotor
5. Primer
6. Paint

Yep, my friend painted his interior with krylon fusion, and it came out great. He did it over 4 years ago and its still holding up. You can even paint your carpets and headliner with it.
Definately give it a couple days to dry though, his paint was tacky for weeks since he put it back in after only about 3 hours.

I've heard mixed things about Duplicolor's interior dye products. A friend of mine used it to dye his integra interior from tan to black and it has flaked off in several places. I swear by SEM's products. I use a product by them called Color Coat, it's available at most automotive paint stores and costs about $10/can. It's not a "dye" so much, but moreso a permanent coating. I use a color called Landau Black with has a semi-gloss finish so it has the appearance and texture of an oem black dashboard. I've had the car sit out in 100 degree weather, I've tried scratching it with my fingernail and nothing. On my current car, I also tried it out on my carpet and dyed if black. So far everything's been holding up great. No fading, no cracking, no peeling. Top notch stuff in my opinion, I wouldn't use anything else.
i used duplicolor , scuffed it up a lil with a scotch pad and cleaned it with alcohol and primed it and put 5 coats and 2 clear and its lasted 3 years in south texas. so id say it works ok. fixing to do my sedan when i get it painted also. btw i just went from blue to black in a da
In this shot you can see the semi-gloss finish on the dashboard, which is about as close to OEM as you can get.

In this picture you can see my door panels, which were done with Satin black. I'm going to be re-doing them with the semi-gloss to match the dashboard. I did them different for comparison when I was testing out the new finish on the dash.

I have tried the fusion a couple of times and wasn't too happy with it did the right steps...it's made for plastic so the vinyl didn't like it too much and got a lil tacky in the heat and sticky
When I worked at the dealership about 2 years ago (dodge) they had some OEM paint for vinyl door panels and dash. After doing my interrior a few times saw this OEM vinyl and plastic paint and it came out really good stuck on there nicely too I was assured Honda may also make this OEM vinyl panel and dash paint as well, never looked it up but id imagine be spendy.

We just did a friends Integra the other day. Re-did everything but the door panels (Replaced with Type R). We used Fusion on all the hard plastic panels, and then used Color coat (Landau Black like sh!tsWEAK! recommended, I had never tried that color prior to it.) on the vinyl. It all came out very nice much better then I had expected.

do you really need the primer? i mean does it help it hold up or is it just to cover up scuff marks and such? Im in the process of painting my interior right now so any advice is helpful thanks.
Ill recomend at advance discount they sell paint by DUPLICOLOR VInyl.
