intake?
I have a 1996 Hond Accord LX w/ f22b2
I have recently lowered it and added ehxaust
I was considdering getting the AEM v2 intake but am worried about hydrolock...
would it be better to get a normal cold air intake with the water bypass valve instead of the v2?
I would greatly appreciate any advice!

no. the best thing to do is get an ebay intake and add a k&n filter to it. the piping on all intakes are exactly the same. the filters make the difference. youll save a lot of money and feel the same power difference
v2's are wayyy over priced. id agree with the guy above me who's saying get an ebay intake and than slap a nice filter on there. K&n is a good brand, aem, weapon-r, fujita, injen all make very nice cone filters.
now after getting a CAI for my accord, i think i should have just stuck with my stock intake and just put in the K&N drop in for it. your air intake now draws air in from the bottom for the car anyways and you will not get hydrolock. there still a chance with a aftermarket CAI with a bypass valve and you get little no power gains. i say stick with stock and get a K&N drop in.
