Sorry I am posting a question to the Civic board, but the question is actually about a CRV, and I thought the Civic and CRV shared a lot of attributes. I hope someone here can give me some help. I have a 1997 CR-V with ~94,000 miles. In the last week I have had 6 incidents where I will drive the car for ~ 10 minutes and then it will die. I still have dash lights, radio, and 4 way flashers. After about 3 minutes I start the car up and drive it for without any problems. It seems that if I drive somewhere, stop for a brief time and then drive again the problem does not happen again. I have had the recalled ignition switch replaced. The vehicle normally runs smooth and is fairly well maintained. After the first incident I replaced the distributor cap, rotor, and plugs. The problem usually happens on each drive, but it has spared me on a couple. I am not getting a check engine light, and a repair shop stated there were no codes present. Thanks for any help - Al
