Turbo help
I have a 97 base prelude with just over 79000 miles on it. I am considering buying a turbo kit. Other than the kit, what other mods (fuel mods, bigger exhaust, etc.) would i need in order to run low boost without rebuilding my engine (im thinking i should be able to run around 5 pounds of boost without rebuilding)?
The only mods i have so far are an upgraded dual-tip muffler and an AEM v2 intake.
THANKS!!!

search, all this has been covered over and over again.
and you will have to get rid of your intake and probably get a bigger exhaust and new muffler. Learn from this lesson and make sure after you research you do it right the first time so you don't waste your money with make changes in the future. (this applies to everything, exhaust, manifold, turbo, injectors, fuel management, etc)

DSM 450's will be good enough, you'll need injector clips and a resistor box to run them with your car(I have a spare set so pm me if you want em). Since you don't have ATTS you can get an OBDI ecu with crome, hondata, or neptune for your tuning needs. You won't need a bigger exhaust but it is a really nice power adder. It all depends on what kit, some don't come with oil lines which you'll need, guages are a really good thing to have ie: wideband o2, boost, oil pressure, EGT, ect. turbo timer's also nice to have. Oil sandwich plate is also something alot of ppl(including me) like to have.
