Coilovers on eBay
I know most people on here are anti-eBay but I found a set of Coilovers for my 97 SH for like 50-80 bucks shipped. If they don't work out, I am not worried about losing that kind of money and this might be a dumb question, but could they F* up my car? If so, why, is it just the build-quality and couldn't that be something easily discovered before they go on?

i put some cheap megan coilovers on my 5th gen for about 2 days then i bought a cheap spring compressor for 10 bucks and put the stock ones back on.. in a civic i'll deal with a crappy ride with cheap coilovers but in my lude it wasnt going to happen.
I've dumped a lot of money into my prelude, but one thing that I didn't spend a lot on was some coil-overs. I paid like $30 on eBay for mine, and I'm going to be honest. They have not given me any issues at all.. I even had a set on it before that were cheap too, never had a problem with those. I have tokico struts, that might be why they haven't messed up or produced problems. Yeah you get what you pay for, but every now and then, you get lucky like me

I know a few people who have these no name coilovers with out any problem.....but why spend 50-80 when u can spend about double that and get something descent like h&r's or eibach......just save for another week and do it right.
