Frost White is a very low-maintenance color like Vogue Silver Metallic. Doesn't show dirt or imperfections very well.
Just wash it weekly and wax it monthly

waxing each month? isn't it too much? each time you wax your car you take a fin coat of the paint of.. don't you agree?
Also another question, my EG is having a respray this week and as it's already white I was thinking of changing the type of white..
What white do you advise? I like the 2007 porsche GT3 white
but I don't know the reference and I don't know if it would flash on an EG5..

Not really. Sealant/ carnauba wax isn't removing any clearcoat if applied properly. Every few months I make sure to claybar and hit the paint with some rubbing compound+ polish though.
Here's a couple links if you need more detailed detaling instructions

I would stick with the frost white, saves you the cost and trouble of having to respray the engine bay, door jambs, etc. Just make sure you don't wash your car for at least a week and don't wax it for a month, to let the paint cure fully.
