Default good choice of valves?

I'm having trouble choosing what valves to buy, there are so many brands out there and they all claim to be better then everyone else! I need flat top valves for that little extra compression and i guess low friction coating is a good idea aswell.

Whats brands have people used and recommend and what brands should i stay clear of?

Cheers

Jason

Have good experience with Supertech valves. Had misshift from 4th to 3rd @ 9k in B20/B18C6 ITR race car, all exhaust valves bent radically but not even a single chip/crack or anything on them. Just smooth bends.

Unless you are going bigger on the valves keep the stock ones.

stock valves are the weak point of a f20b. break at hi RPM.
