does this muffler actually do a good job of muffling noise? or is it basically straight through?

i have an greddy evo2, but it was too loud ..
would changing the muffler to this quiet it down?

for my car its the cleanest exhaust sound i've heard, not raspy at all, not obnixously loud, sounds clear if that makes sense.

wow
that sounds amazzing
for how cheap that muffler is
i cant believe it

please someone tell me if that sound aight?
im thinking of just buying a ebay catback...just for the exhaust not the muffler
getting one of these mufflers and have that on it instead of the muffler that comes with the cat
and probably put a small exhaust tip on it because i sort of like being able to see a nice silver pipe..haha

will this work?
