Fuel Relay right above the hood latch on driver side. need a 10mm wrench to slowly remove the bolt that holds the relay. Pull latch mount off..much easier to get too

easy fix for main relay. pop off the cover and heat up all solder points, and add some more solder. after years of having a load on the circuit, the old solder connections start to heat up and cool down. this cause a ring like break around the component.

check step 4 above

just had this happen and the connector was old loose and dirty
after you verify there is voltage for the pump there, clean and retension the connector. then plug and unplug it a few times

and your pump should start

the fix is easy
getting the relay out to fix is a bitch

Does the check engine light come on then go out when
the key is turned on?
If not,replace fuse #14 labeled alternator,solenoid
with a known good fuse..
