Im thinking about just going to a shop and getting them to do it. Match the paint with my car to. What do you think?

 

Do it if you do not want the carbon look.

It is just like any other part of the body. It can be painted to match the body, but have it done professionally for best results.

 

I know that I will let the shop know that it is a CF hood but does it have to go to a specialty shop or just any body. Im pretty sure any body shop right?

 

yes, any body shop should be able to prep it and paint it.

 

If you are going to get it color matched with your car, make sure you go to a good quality shop. Some shops that use cheap paint/materials will not be able to do a good match. Just make sure you see their work before you drop it off to them.
