Pleas help, ob0-obd1 gsr problems! Searched, called, read, re-checked!
Hey everyone. To start off here is my setup. 1990 crx si. Fresh b18c1 gsr swap. Locash racing obd0-obd1 ecu adapter+v-tec harness+dizzy harness( bought 2-years ago before rywire was around), rywire modified si harness (obd1 injector plugs, resistor pack eliminated, fan switch relocated) brand new obd1 dizzy from rywire, chiped p06 from rywire (said its the same is a p28) Here is the deal.
I finish the swap last week and it wont start. I have no spark. I check some diagrams on honda-tech and it turns out locash racing wired the dizzy adapter harness wrong. I re pined it according to a diagram posted by honda parts hero and I have spark!
The car still wont start. So I pull my plugs and I am not getting fuel. My fuel pump IS coming on and I AM getting fuel at the rail but my injectors will not spary. I am getting a +12.6 volt to each injector but they will not spray. I ohm them and even tried another injector, it is not the injectors, they are not getting a signal. Now I checked the pins at the obd0 side (stock harness) down by the ecu and I am getting continuity from the ecu pin to the injector pin. The only things I see left that could be to blame are a miswired ecu jumper( they misswired the dizzy adapter maybe they did this to) or a bad ecu (which I dont think is the case because this one comes on and is read, and I am getting spark). The only code I am getting is 22 for v-tec pressure switch because I do not have one instaled in my v-tec solonoid ( I still need to drill and tap this one).
Any ideas?
-Chris

your problem is that rywire wires the distributor differently than locash does... the jumper itself is different if you have a locash jumper you would need to wire the distributor accordingly to how locash says .... i made this same mistake and my injectors didnt fire
Do you have intructions on how you wired it? I wired it acording to a post made by honda parts hero, a member on this board. Did your swap still spark when you injectors did not?
yes my car still spark the injector just didnt pulse : i hope this helps you out this is off the locashracing.com site

*Note 1: On some aftermarket OBD1 distributors, the Orange and the White wire are swapped.
**Note 2: If you confuse the two OBD0 white wires, the car will not start and could cause ignitor failure!

I repined the dizzy harness and now when i turn my key "on" the main relay clicks on and off rapidley. I put the wireing back to how it was and the relay is still clicking on and off fast.
