Brights stay on and fuel pump won't prime.
I pulled my dash the other day to run nitrous lines and when i put it back in everytime i connect my negative side of the battery cable the brights will stay on and i can't hear the fuel pump prime. I've checked the main relay, fuses, switch for the lights. Anyone have any ideas on what it might be?
dude my pump does not prime also i don't know if my brights stay on i haven't checked but i will. what have you checked? i replaced main relay and pump and it still doesn't prime. i'm going to do more searching and see what i can come up with. i think you and i have the same problem. did this just start happening or it happened when you put a swap in your car? because my car ran fine with no problem now the fuel pump doesn't prime when i go to start it after i pulled my swap i am going to work on it all day so we will see.
i found out that the problem was my ecu i don't know what happened but i did read abput static electricity can cause a ecu to fry!!
dude i am back it ran good for a little bit then couple hours went to start it again nothing my LIGHTS DO STAY ON don't know what it could be my gas gauge doesn't work also fuel pump still doesn't prime .hit me back if you know anything
