Default Picture request of car shots of wheels spining

Hello basically im looking for a shot that you usually see in magazine shots where

its a close up of the front end and you see the front wheel spining

ive tried searching under "magazines" and went thur like 7 pages

it would be appriciated im trying to do somethign with a shot like that

Also does anyone know how to achive this shot? is it photoshoped after or what?

Its not photoshop. The effect is done with a slow shutter speed. Most high end photographers use a "rig" which allows them to attach the camera to the car and set a slow shutter speed without blurring the rest of the image.

correct
Though photoshop is used to clear the rig.

yup sure was...abd i beilive we 1st met a a mini meet at the mesqite park
