Default I want MP3's what would you do if you had my setup?

I want Mp3 capability... I have a few options..

I can:

1) keep my head unit and the rest of the setup and buy an Alpine CHA-S634 6 disc changer w/ MP3 capability however I would also need to buy the Ai-net expansion module so that I could also retain use of my 12 disc CHA-1214.. cost: $300 - CHA-S634, $150 - Ai-net expansion module (thats what I was told)

2) keep head unit and the rest.. buy the CHA-S634 (6 disc/mp3/cd audio changer) and sell my CHA-1214 and not have to buy the expansion module and get MP3 capability w/ the CHA-S634 cost - $300 for the CHA-S634... and maybe sell my 12 disc changer for like $100?

3) buy a CDA-7995 head unit (single disc, AI-net controls, in dash.. reads Mp3s)...keep my CHA-1214 12 disc changer... and change my head unit (CDA-7969) and I guess sell it? I really like my head unit though..
cost: $500.. not sure what I could sell my CDA-7969 for.. but I really like the CDA-7969 so I dunno if I want to go this route..

so if you were me.. what would you do? 1, 2 or 3? thanks in advance for any input..

here is my current audio system:
///Alpine CDA-7969 head unit
///Alpine ERA-G320 DSP/EQ sound field processor
///Alpine CHA-1214 12 Disc Ai-Net Changer
///Alpine MRV-F407S 4 ch amp for mids and tweets
Infinity Kappa 60.2CS component system and 6.5 Kappas in rear
PPI PC21400 2 ch amp for subs
JL Audio 12W6 subs
1 farad Rockford Fosgate capacitor
all Phoenix gold wiring, connectors, distribution block, audio cabling..

Buy the S634, you can fit over 100 songs on one cd, Why would you need 12 discs anymore. The S634 will play normal cds. I am getting these changers for $268.00

Some have reported getting them cheaper online.

nsxxtreme: my deck is already Ai-net compatible.. basically I want Mp3 capability.. which neither my CDA-7969 (head unit) nor my CHA-1214 (12 disc AI-net changer) has..

so my options are to either replace the changer w/ the CHA-S634 (which plays Mp3 cds, audio cds, etc.. 6 disc changer)...

or replace the head unit w/ the CDA-7995 which plays Mp3s and will also control my exisitin CHA-1214 12 disc ai-net changer..

crutchfield told me that in order to use both changers (existing CHA-1214 and CHA-S634.. I would need to buy a $150 Ai-net expansion module to daisy chain it.. )..

EDIT: Lolz NSXXTreme you changed your reply... hehe anyway yeah I guess I should get the S634.. 6 discs of Mp3 cd's = a lot of hours of songs.. I wouldn't be using the CHA-1214 (12 disc changer/regular audio cd's ONLY) anymore... which is why I didnt want to buy the expansion module anyway...

how much you guys think I should sell the CHA-1214 for? its in perfect condition.. nothing wrong w/ it.. no skips, scratches, etc.. and it works perfectly.. you guys know the reason why I'm selling it (to get a new changer that plays mp3s).. so how much should I sell it for?

where'd you get it for $369 new in box? is it from an authorized dealer (meaning it is warrantied)? well I think I'm leaning toward getting the CHA-S634.. cuz then I'd get the ability to change between 6 mp3 discs (or audio).. and thats alot of music hehe.. I see the CHA-S634 for $299..
