Ok I changed my stock si intake out for a OBX intake manifold. My car ran fine no codes before and now it idles high at 1500RPMs and idles up and down when it gets up to temp. No engine light and no codes flashing. I replaced the IACV and same thing. If I unplug the IACV it revs up and down faster. What else could cause this. I'm thinking TPS but not sure. Also about the high Idle I tryed lowering it with the stop screw and it didn't go down at all.

adjust the air adjustment screw right above the throttle body. might be getting to much air with the new intake

 

sounds to me like you have a vacuum leak

 

A friend suggested I spray carb cleaner at all the seals and vacume lines on the intake to find the leak and I did. I found a vacume leak on the #4 intake runniner where it meets the head. I'm thinking maybe a bad gasket but have to wait till tonight to take it back apart.
