Default crome question, how to change the rev limiter, searched but couldnt find anything

alright, i sold my s300 for some cash and a crome chipped p28. the guy has a basemap on there now, but its an ls, and i have a b16. the gy said that he could make it just a stock p28 for me, but i want to be able to take it to 8200 rpm's and the stock p28 wont do that. im a noob when it comes to this. i havent worked with crome before and i dont know one thing about it. i know its not like the s300 where i can put a usb cord to the computer and hook it up to the ecu. if any of yall have any ideas or know ow to do this, let me know, thanks.

if he had an ls in there your b16 won't hit vtec with his program. you need a new chip burnt for you for the p30 rom and it should run stock.
