Default busted rear struts

everything is taken care of. finally got a call from the service guy at honda saying my warranty company sent a guy to look at my car and gave the ok to start the work.

are you using stock springs or aftermarket lowering springs?

I've got some stockers if they dont cover them, along with some TEIN S-TECH springs.

car is all stock.

the dealership said theyre certain it will be covered, just waiting for the ok from the warranty company

someone please tell me if the rears are shocks or struts? warranty company says theyre shocks and will not cover them. wtf

it said macpherson struts are covered, and anything else not listed isnt covered.
