Searched it and nothing has helped so far.

Situation:

.: 1999 Civic Si (OBDII)
.: J.spec B18c (OBDI)
.: Does have a cat and sensors
.: Throws a CEL if I accelerate hard

Need a way to pass inspection in Upstate NY...LMK what all you swapped guys are doing

 

 

have you checked for codes

 

Put the stock p2t ecu in, drive normally for about an hour. no cel, go get the inspection done immediately.

Where can I get that ECU? And it will deffinately allow my engine to run fine?

 

edit: you have a jdm gsr....no crank sensor is a big problem. not a really easy way to pass legally without some parts being put on.

I think ive found a solution...ill revive this thread if it doesnt work out
