*HELP* Another PASS inspection OBDII car OBDI ECU
Searched it and nothing has helped so far.
Situation:
.: 1999 Civic Si (OBDII)
.: J.spec B18c (OBDI)
.: Does have a cat and sensors
.: Throws a CEL if I accelerate hard
Need a way to pass inspection in Upstate NY...LMK what all you swapped guys are doing

edit: you have a jdm gsr....no crank sensor is a big problem. not a really easy way to pass legally without some parts being put on.
