Hey, try using the bondo bumper repair kit. http://www.automotivetouchup.c....aspx
I used it on the lip of my girlfriends corolla and it is holding up nicely. Take the bumper off and make the repair from the back.

Bondo bumper repair. Its a 2 part syringe kit. I believe you can get it at autozone, checker, napa, advance, ect. I got it at wal-mart. Good luck with your repair. Follow the instructions and it should turn out good.

Lord Fuser makes good plastic repair products, or you could buy a plastic welding kit. Make sure to get an adhesion promoter if you are going to be using a product like Lord Fuser. You will also want to get some gauze tape to use as a backing to make the repair strong.

Basically the way I do it is start by sanding the repair area down, I use 320 grit on a DA. Then bevel the edges of the crack to resemble a V. Clean the area well with a water based wax and grease remover. After it's dry from cleaning, spray on your adhesion promoter, and let that dry for 10-15 mins. When the promoter is dry you'll need to mix your repair material or use the mixing tip that is provided with the product, I prefer to mix it myself. Apply it and allow it to dry fully, sand it with your DA, glaze it accordingly to make it straight and smooth, and when you're happy with your work, paint it.
