Installing Civic coupe doors. Super heavy, how to go about it with just 2 people?
I'm swapping in some 99-00 Civic Si doors. I've helped with the installation of doors before with a total of 3 people. It was pretty heavy and was not the easiest task.
I must now swap in a pair of doors, the windows are rolled all the way up, and I only have 2 people to do it. Are there any tricks or methods for swapping in the heavy car doors?

I used a dolly and a mix match of various boards to get it to the right height, and just rolled the bitch where I wanted it.
Got a dolly?

I'm pretty sure that I saw a dolly of somesort to hold in place the doors the last time I was at the autobody shop I'd ask them what they use!

a 70lb object thats 4ftx4ft is just going to be plain cumbersome.
It's not that it's heavy, it's that it's hard to move around.
Installing a 70lb shift **** would be easy.

The door is not THAT heavy, correct. It's just such tricky thing to grip. I need to make sure not to damage the damn thing, cuz I want to sell the car ASAP.
I'm going to try the jacks or possibly some straps+cherry picker.
I'm going to try the doors after I drop the motor tomorrow. Let's hope I don't drop the doors too! HAHA!
