what happens is the inner joint bottoms out when the axle is too long.

if your car is on coilovers, u can try raising that side and driving around if the noise is gone or alot less pronounced then u know the axle is too long.

only thing i can think of is to get a custom made axle.

im using 87-89 integra shaft and outer joint with 90-91 inner joint.

this setup is ideal and about 1.5" shorter.

Replaced with new axle and still does it!!!!

Hmm how does that work?? Sounds like it almost wanna pull out???

I seem to recall this all started when he change the axle about a year ago... the car has been down and out for almost a year now....

Steering rack maybe goin out??

And on the 87-89teg axles, how that works???

Now U use just the shaft and then the 90-93joints right?

Or can you use 87-89teg axles on both sides with out swaping joints???
