what to do with the 93 lude

i have a 93 lude its an h23 automatic with 217000 miles it needs help in a serious way thinking of putting a manual h22 in to start any recomendations.

yes swap first or work on the outside lip and hood maybe some wheels and springs

A swap sounds like a good place to start.What are your long term goals?Ask yourself what you are looking for(a dd, a boost setup,NA build,etc) and go from there.Good Luck.
