I need to know where to find a longer fuel line for my JDM H23 motor swap, cuz on the USDM H23 the fuel line's on the left and the JDM's on the right. Can I use my old fuel line and rail from my old motor?

Yeah, I'd use your old rail. Another option an aftermarket rail that will have provisions for a fuel line on both sides, but that's not neccesary.

 

But will it bolt right on the JDM intake manifold.

 

The intake manifold is the same as long as it's an H23 non-VTEC or F22b DOHC non-VTEC.
