i got CEL on while i'm using much breaking in traffic, the i checked it up it gives me 18 quick lights, i know code 18 its one long light and 8 quick ones.

could be tons of different codes because one may be long and you just dont see it...

What he was saying by all of that some of them could have been longer than others and you just did't catch it and just saw the same length on it. I would try to get a reader that tells you what number it is then look up what the code and or codes mean. You should be able to find them for about 30 bucks at a part shop.
