I have a b18b that I was gonna swap a stock b16 head that I have on, but came across a decently built LS head. Which do you think would be better? This is the LS head:
b18b head pnp, 3 angle valve
crower dual springs
crower titianum retainers
crower valves
hondata intake mani gasket
stock mani and throttle body cams and gears
obd1 distributer
What do you guys think?

well the b16 is faster, but the b18b is safer personally i'd prefer the b18b because if im running an ls motor imma keep it ls or id do a complete swap.. yeah i know ls vtecs are fast but i'm traditional hehe go turbo hahah oh

Yeah, I got turbo and I'm building the bottom end, I just wanted to know which would be better for now. I'm gonna have the LS/vtec done by a very reputable shop who specializes in this sort of thing, so I'm not really worried about the reliability.
