Default Sunroof problems

i have 2 problems on my 94 Honda Civic EX

1. Sunroof leaks. It only leaks when the rain/snow last at least 6 hours.

2. Squeaking when i open it or closing it. It squeaks near the end of the pull or the beginning of closing, it slides find when in the middle.

The sunroof is OEM.
Any solution to fixing these?

Thanks in advance

put some lube on the tracks and make sure the drain tube is clear(use compressed air to blow it out

From what I understand, the rear drain tube usually is the one that clogs up. It will run down the c-pillar and you'll be able to see it inside the trunk if you remove the interior carpetting from the corner.

hmm...I've been trying to find these tubes. Can you give me a more specific location? Do I have to remove all the trunk carpet on the side to see it?
As for the front tube. anyway to see it? the plastic covering seems to be hard to take it out.
Thanks for the reply

Peel the trunk carpetting out of the sides of the car. You should be able to see it. I have a 6th gen and it's on my driver's side. Without looking in the manual I can't tell you for sure which side a 5th gens would be on, but modern Hondas are still all built basically the same so I imagine it's in the same area, thought perhaps not on the same side.
