hi,
what is staging brake and line lock use for? how to install it? any diagram?

It locks up the rear wheels on a FWD car so that you can load your clutch at the line without the car nudging forward. When you are ready to launch, you deactivate the lock to launch forward.

i know they are universal but they go connected to your brake lines right? so how would you adapt it so you can connect it to your brake lines?

It's an interrupt after your main cylinder.

ok so do you have to modify your factory lines or use other lines and bend them to fit?

i want to do this on my civic but i dont want to have to cut my lines and add new fittings

staging brakes do all 4 dont they?
the line locks generally are for the rears.
fyi i know they arent legal in sfwd, not sure about t/s

line lock or stage brake it can work 4/2 or1 it's how you plum it.
