problem with revving
i got a problem while revving, when at a steady throttle position the car feels like it hits a rev limiter, yet if i put more pressure on the throttle it goes away and i can floor the car just fine.
the odd thing is when i reverse the yellow and green wire at the tps the problem goes away completley except ofcourse when i go wot, then it bogs.
i tried a brand new distributor, another used throttle body and there are no other codes except for 14, iacv. voltage between the two tps wires are 5v. also tried another ecu, same thing.
the car was originally a dpfi, converted to mpfi, car ran fine for one day, problem started the next day.
whats wrong do i need to try another tps/throttle body?
any help appreciated.

also the voltage from the red wire at closed throttle is .75v is that a bit high?. and when i have the throttle on a steady angle and measure the voltage it does not flucuate.
also at the ecu pin c7 red/white wire is getting a constant 2.8v regardless of throttle position and the car being on or off, could this be my problem?
can this be a fueling issue? because when i reverse the tps wiring it thinks its wot at idle and so on. but i just dont understand why it runs perfect when reversed.
