S1 transmission fluid

What kind of transmission fluid should be used for a JDM s1 tranny?

honda mtf, or any 10w30 motor oil.

Oh alright thanks. Also I've been hearing of GM synchromesh for grinds and stuff. How would you use that in the tranny? Do you put like a certain amount in there? Thanks again though.

i would stay away from that unless you have no other choice.

honda says 10w30 for the s1 trans.
