Hey guys,
I'm looking for some new tires for my HX wheels on my 89 CRX. I currently have 185/60/14, so I think I'd either be looking for that size or maybe 195's also? I daily drive the car in the summer, and autocross at least once a month.
At first I was leaning towards Azenis, but I really don't think they're the best for me as their tread wear rating would have me needing to replace more frequently than I can probably afford right now.
Definitely need something that can perform at the track ok, but also does ok with daily driving. I had Falken Zeix's on my last set of wheels and they were ok...but didn't really perform the best at the track.
Tire Rack has the following in 185/60/14 for High Performance Summer and Ultra High Performance All Season...
Sumitomo HTR 200 - $39 each
Yokohama ADVAN A460 - $72 each
Yokohama AVS ES100 - $72 each
Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position - $66 each, but $75 rebate when buying all 4
Does anyone with experience with 14's for what I'm looking for have any advice?
Thanks!

If you DON'T need to use these tires in the winter - like if you have a separate set of winter tires (or a separate vehicle) for winter use - then get the Yokohama ES100. It's the best long-lasting summer tire available in that size.
If you DO need to use these tires in the winter as well as the rest of the year, then you need all-seasons - and the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position is the best all-season tire available in that size.
Both are much better than the Falken Ziex ZE-512 you have been using, which is a crappy (but cheap) all-season tire.
