Yeah, that answer was helpful, wasn't it?
it's a long list and I'm sure I will forget something. (this is not a street car, it's a race car)
Heater and all component of the heater system
AC and all components of the AC system
side windows, (yup, no windows)
inner door skins, (need to make room for the NASCAR type roll cage bars)
air bags,
light weight steering wheel
cruse control
carpet
sound deadening material
rear seats
passenger seat
speakers, stereo receiver
power steering
EVAP system
front anti-role bar
sun roof, carbon fiber plate to cover hole.
clutch-damper
much of the tar in the tire wells
lighter header, and exhaust, no cat.
the stupid weight on the bumper and rear motor mount that Honda put there
light flywheel
light crank pulley / alternator pulley
light 15" wheels
light battery
balancer shafts,
center consol
part of the dash
extra wire that is not used from removing the above
I added about 100-200lbs with the role cage / fire system / oil cooler / bigger radiator. I'm trying to find a good light wt hood to bring the wt down more now that we can run CF hoods and be legal.

you could probably lose another 200lbs or so by:
removing abs
switching to wilwood superlite calipers and rotors
swtich to a traction bar
cf hood
cf trunk lid
