Hey my name is Megan im 18, I recently was trying to make some money so my so called friend ANTHONY LA told me he had a 2000 blue civic si for sale complete minus motor, ANTHONY TOLD me it was a way i could get some extra cash so i said i was in...I payed ANTHONY 2,900 CASH, Never recieved my Title or a bill of sale when I gave him the money for the car. He said he would get it to me...weeks went by i still havent seen my title..He hasn't answer my calls or text for Weeks, finally He text me and Told me *** you bitch im reporting that CAR STOLEN.... DONT BUY CARS FROM HIM...HE WILL SREW YOU OVER.. any suggestions?

Small claims court ! You obviously took the money out of somewhere so thats the only proof you have. Maybe he was stupid enough to deposit 2900 cash too.. then you got proof ... but its gonna have to be in the courts.
