Ive been trying for a few days now to keep myself busy. Not allowing myself to stop to think to keep my mind off stuff. With my old deck in the car dead, not playing CDs, MDs or getting any radio stations I decided to get a new deck. Not having much money I got a very used touch screen setup that plays DVDs and stuff for my old deck plus $10 essentially. So thats not too bad at all.

I decided since it has a whack of hookups in the back that I would try and take one of my 4 NES systems and install it into the car. So I got the one that works the best and has the Red White and Yellow plug dealy setup on it and see if it would work. Im not a stereo guy at all so I dont know anything about this crap. I made 3 trips to Wal Mart looking for the correct cables and finally on the last trip got the correct ones. I know Im an idiot, but the deck came with no instructions or anything like that.

So after almost 3 hours of driving getting the cables and stuff I needed and hooking it all up here is what I have. Im going to mount the system and hide the game case better so that its just not on the floor but you can only take so much frusteration from the same project in one day. So here are the pics.

The black grey and red controler really accentuates the interior nicely if I do say so myself.

Yes I know my car is dirty inside. I dont care right now. Its like 1am.

Im trying to keep it OG to the car the best I can. Everyone has PS2/3, XBOX/360, and more in their rides. I only know of one other person with an NES in their car. Its around the same era too. 1990 CR-X and a 1985 Nintendo. It was by far the most popular gaming system at the time.
