Default ecu question

i have a 1991 honda civic hatchback with a b18a1 ls swap. im looking to upgrade the ecu from stock to a chipped ecu. can anyone tell me if jun racing is ok. the mods i have is cai,dc sports 4-2-1 header, full 2.5 exhaust, msd sparkplug wires, ngk plugs,b16 tranny, and a nos introus kit. the thing im trying to figure out is if i get any chipped ecu will i be ble to run my nitrous with it, or will i have to plug in my stock ecu to run the nitrous. i ahve no porblem doing that if needed, but im looking for a little more out of it on the motor. can anyone help me with suggestions on a good chipped ecu.

chips most the time advance your timing which is what you dont want if your running nitrous....just leave it alone or get it chipped with stock setting and get it dyno tuned with the nitrous

It depends,,If it's a real jun ecu go for it,they'll set it up however you want..But if its a jun program off ebay, avoid it..Like rider said all they do is advance timing and up the fuel..

chipped ecu's come with basemaps which are usually just good enough to drive the car to a good tuner. do yourself a favor and go get it dyno tuned.
