Default H22a in 98 civic ex bogging out

Ok this is my problem. i just recently swaped a H22a into my 98 honda civic. so far we have replaced alternator, distributer, spark plugs, wires, and rotor button. car was throwing 3 codes. EGR, MAP sensor, and V-tec solinoid. i was running the civic MAP for about a day when it started acting up. I recently replaced it with the proper H22a MAP sensor which seemed to make it run good, but really just prolonged the probloem. Car will have excelent ammount of power one second and then lose a lot of power the next. Power seems to come in and out. everything is timed right and the new map sensor is good. H22A out of a 92 j-spec prelude running p13 ecu. anyone have any ideas??
