Harness mounting question with autopower bar
i did a little searching a found info on how to mount the harnesses to the bar
but im wondering how everybody mounted the lap belts to?
it looks like you can put the outer belts in the hole for the seat belt where it mounts on the lower door frame, but where did you guys mount the inner belt?
also where can i get a set of brackets/buckels for mounting the belts to the harness bar
thanks for any help

The answer to your harness question: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1452398
The inner belt needs to be drilled through the chassis. If you try to use that hole down there for the seat, you will have the incorrect belt angle. You need to acquire reinforcement plates from ogracing.com or through VPR Motorsports.
The lap belt needs to be drilled through the chassis as well using a reinforcement plate.

that link had some great info on how to mount to the harness bar
now all i need is a little more detail on proper placement for the lap belts, i understand about the reinforcment for the sidewalls, but where is the best place to mount them, to get proper placement and harness angle

how about if you have a bucket seat, can you just mount it to the side of the rail (i think the memory fab, and bride rails come that option)???

Those memory brackets are designed for the stock belt only. If you have a measuring tape, measure the angles from the outer hole and match it up to make the inner hole.

Hmmmm. I think there is also a ton of information in the NHRA rule book, if you wanted to get very technical.
