Default JRSC belt slipping??? Cause of power loss?

Video of power loss:

Has anyone had an issue with their JRSC belt slipping?
I do not know for sure if this is happening or not. What I do know is that my motor's power will be completely gone while at full throttle occasionally until I back off the throttle and then get back on it.
A datalog showed no codes or funny readings with sensors. We suspected boost cut, but there is no way that I am making 9 psi which is what it is set at, and I made sure in the recording that the boost cut was not engaging. I have messed with the TPS and MAP sensor wires and the motor runs the same at idle.

The reason I ask about the belt is because I snapped a belt on the track, replaced it, the car ran fine for 2 sessions, then the motor started cutting out again (at full throttle after a turn, not necessarily high rpm... as low as say 5k)

You can hear when the belt is slipping, it screeches pretty loudly. Also, your datalog should show the boost dropping off.

I don't hear a loud screaching.

In the datalog, it would show boost dropping off whether the belt was slipping or not. If the motor loses power for some reason, the boost level is dropping right?
