Default 1 cylinder has very low compression, others fine???

Hello, my friends turbo accord (f22b2) was running rough and smoke was coming out of the breather filter. I did a compression test and the results were 65, 200, 200, 200. I suspected bad rings so I put some gear oil in the low cylider and redid the test. It was up to 165. I think the rings are bad. We were suspecting a bad injector on that cylinder. What could cause just one cylinder to be so bad and not the others. Any input will help. thanks

Do leakdown test and see if you can't find out where you're loosing the compression. Could possibly be a bent valve.

I had something similar happen with a nitrous setup and it was a broken ring land, I agree do the leak down test see if you can get some more info, most likely you need to pull the head and just see whats going on in there make sure to check the cylinder walls while in there.

Isn't there just some thing about Honda engines that like either cylinder 1 or 4 runs leaner than others for some reason? I'm pretty sure I remember reading about it somewhere
