Default B16b internals in B18b/B18c1?

What would this yield? Is it even possible?

Thanx. Any compression ratio numbers? With stock B18c1 head and crank.

The pistons should fit right into a B18b or b18c, no problem. I haven't double checked it yet, but I believe they would yield a 12.2:1 or with a B18c (non type R) longblock
