Welp...I haven't really posted on this forum much as of recent. Mostly because I have been consumed with working and playing with my evo.

I started up my Integra the other day to keep the motor happy and I got the nostalgic feeling. I mean the car was slow as **** compared to the evo...but for some reason there is something about the R that you can't get from newer cars...the rawness....errr maybe it was the loud as fugg exhaust that's louder than my titanium exhaust on the evo hahah....either way it was fun driving it around again.

Still have some electrical BS to work on with the R....radiator fan still won't come on...as well as the fogs...ROFL


Well on to the evo....it is a beast The way it drives now I can only use one word...VIOLENT...it drives like it's angry..sounds angry..here are some graphs after my tune.

Looks good. Always liked the EVO's. I say take a weekend and fix the R up all the way. Remember... there is nothing like an itr.

 

thanks...yah it is hard for me to get motivated to fix the R...I don't get too much time to tinker with it since I live somewhere else...but I do want to get it all sorted out before the end of the year.

I still have parts sitting that I never put on the R...and I need to sell off some spare parts I dont need off the R like my extra sets of rims and other little things.

So far the evo has been a good daily driver minus the crappy paint...but it is a fun car no doubt.

crappy paint on the evo?

 

The paint is notoriously crappy Especially on the black ones....it makes Honda paint seem really quite nice in comparison.

It might also be because the paint doesn't bond that well to aluminum...but I don't see NSX's with the paint coming off. It seems like any size pebble or rock will create a chip. Oh wellz still a great car.

Rexspeed guage pod
DEFI VSD Concept
DEFI BF guages (boost,oil press, oil temp)
EGT probe hooked up to VSD

Suspension and exterior remains completely stock. Minus the yellow fog bulbs and the removed wing (for less cop harassment)

Why does your power peak so early and fall off?
I know that the stock turbo chokes at higher rpm but that seems bad.
For comparision here is my wrx plot, soo smooth and the car feels pretty slow- But in reality it's blazing fast and very few cars can keep up. All this is with the stock turbo.
