Default obd1 b16 into an ek

Okay so its been a long road due to stupid mistakes, but aside from that. I am running my stock ecu (d16) with my b16 and the car runs fine with the obvious problem its for a d series. when I plug in my p30 (i think thats correct) with the jumper harness the car starts and stalls immediatly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Would it be possible that I need a 99-00 si ecu?

You probaly have a wire or 2 mixed up between hos the P30 ecu hooks to your harness. Is your p30 OBD1 or OBD2(95-97 Del Sol VTEC I think)?
